The Renaissance Club at Archerfield, LLP (TRCAA) is a UK limited liability partnership that was formed in 2005 by Hamilton and Kinneil (Archerfield) Ltd and Invest Archerfield LLC. Hamilton and Kinneil (Archerfield) Ltd (H&K Archerfield) is a UK trust that was formed with the specific purpose to represent the land owner, Hamilton and Kinneil (1987) Ltd, of approximately 500 acres located in East Lothian Scotland between the towns of Gullane and Dirleton. Approximately 300 acres of this property has been leased to TRCAA under a 99 year lease for the sole purpose to construct a championship golf course and 100 lodge room private facility.

     Invest Archerfield LLC is a US based limited liability company whose purpose is to raise the equity capital for TRCAA and to manage the TRCAA operation. The founding principals of Invest Archerfield, LLC are Mr. Gerald S. Sarvadi and Mr. Derek A. Siewert, both of Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Sarvadi and Mr. Siewert are two entrepreneurial businessmen who have owned and profitably operated several small businesses. Over the past three years Mr. Sarvadi has negotiated and secured the relationship with the Hamilton and Kinneil Trustees to the point that the private golf venture is now rapidly becoming a reality.
